We feel skill is the most important aspect in today’s time. A skilled woman is an empowered woman. Hence, we focus on skill building initiatives.

The Foundation at a Glance
Power Foundation is a Mississauga-based non-profit organization committed to advancing women empowerment through education, skill development and economic inclusion. We believe that when women are equipped with the right knowledge, resources, they become powerful contributors to families, communities and the broader economy.
Our work focuses on bridging gaps that limit women’s participation in high-growth and traditionally male-dominated sectors, including the trucking and transportation industry. Through structured training programs, mentorship initiatives, and industry partnerships, we aim to create pathways that enable women to build sustainable careers and achieve financial independence.
At Power Foundation, empowerment goes beyond employment. We advocate for gender equality, leadership development, and equal contribution in economic growth.
